Beaver Dam Pond is a small farm pond restored by Willowsford for wildlife habitat located directly along the Bull Run Overlook Trail. A family of beavers soon moved in and raised the dam again to meet their own standards.

Willow Lake is the centerpiece of The Greens! Borrow a kayak or canoe or enjoy fishing off the dock and pier.
Kayaks & Canoes: The boats at Willow Lake are available for use on a first-come, first-served basis Tuesday-Sunday, during regular pool operating hours. Usage is free of charge, but first, residents must visit the Lodge Pool to check-in with their key fob, complete the necessary forms, and receive a ticket. Once checked-in, residents can head down to the boat shed by Willow Lake and present their ticket to the Boat Attendant for assistance with the boats, life vests, and paddles.
